How to Setup Online Ordering for your Restaurant through Facebook

Drive sales with an "Order Food" button on your Facebook page

It’s never been more important for your restaurant to have an online presence in today’s world. Customers have grown accustom to the convenience of ordering in a large part due to the popularity and ease-of-use of delivery app giants such as UberEats.

To compete and maximize sales through a commission-free platform, it’s critical to establish as many touchpoints between your brand and your customers, while always giving them the option to order with one click whether it's through your website or social media pages.

Adding the call-to-action button "Order food"

Adding the "Order food" button to your Facebook page brings your customers right to your online ordering link and helps drive traffic for your business. It's a simple yet effective way to encourage customers to order directly from you as opposed to trying to find your business on delivery apps.

How to add the button

Click the blue "+ Add a button" button that can be found to the right of your page. If you've added a button in the past, hover over the button and select the "Edit Button" option, as seen the image above.

Select the "Shop with you" option and click the "Order Food" option. Depending on your business needs, you can also choose the add the "Shop Now" option as well. Once selected, click the "Next" button. You'll then be prompted to enter a website link. This is where you can add your unique CHK PLZ online ordering link for your business.

Once you've added your online ordering URL, click "Save" and "Finish" and you're all set!
